As CEO of Cornerstone, he leads the company’s mission to deliver advanced, mission-critical IT solutions supporting national security objectives. His background includes executive leadership roles at Sotera Defense Solutions, Global Defense Technology & Systems, and Signature Government Solutions, where he drove strategic growth and innovation for government clients.
Brandon Altman
Chief Growth Officer
Brandon leads strategic initiatives to expand Cornerstone's capabilities and client partnerships across the Defense and Intelligence communities. With over a decade at Cornerstone, he has been instrumental in building and scaling mission-critical solutions that serve U.S. government and integrator clients. Before joining Cornerstone, Brandon managed service delivery operations at Apex Systems.

Dave has more than 30 years of experience in AI, geospatial intelligence, and analytics across the public and private sectors. He has led major AI initiatives in the defense and intelligence communities, teaches AI and geospatial intelligence at the University of Maryland and Wake Forest University, and co-founded The Training Data Project to advance AI with measurable impact. He currently supports AI initiatives in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
Reilly Leonard
Chief Operating Officer
Reilly has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, operations, and technology management across the Defense and Intelligence sectors. Before joining Cornerstone, Reilly held leadership roles at Princeton Information, Sotera Defense Solutions, and Signature Government Solutions, where he managed large technical recruiting teams and helped align mission-critical staffing with federal program needs. He ensures Cornerstone’s teams deliver mission-focused solutions for U.S. government clients.
